Q. My address has changed can I change it online?
A.  Yes, by email.  Use the contact us form to submit your new address.
Q. I forgot my access code how do I get it?
A. You must come to the office, provide proof of identity and office personnel will give you your access code. 
Q. Can I authorize my bill online? 
A.  Yes, as long as we have credit card information on file, you may email us your authorization.  For security reasons please do not send any credit information via e-mail.
Q. Can I pay my bill over the phone with a credit card? 
A. Yes.
Q. If I lose my key can I cut my lock myself? 
A. NO, you must contact the office and schedule a time to have it cut. There is a $25.00 cut fee associated with cutting off the lock. If you attempt to cut the lock yourself, you will be responsible for the damages made to the storage unit.
Q. Can I store a vehicle in the open lot? 
A. No, only recreational and enclosed trailers are permitted. You may store a vehicle in one of our
10 x 20's or 10 x 30's. A drip pan must be provided along with the proper paperwork showing ownership.
Q. Is there an administration fee?
A. No administration fee is charged. We do charge a $10.00 cleaning deposit that is refundable if you have given us the proper move out notice, swept the unit and no damage is found. If damages are found then additional fees will occur. 
Q. Do you have security?
A. We have on site security cameras as well as a professional security guard that patrols the facility several times during the night. Our 6 acre facility is completely fenced in & has controlled access monitored by our staff. 
 Q. Do you have 24 hour access?
A. Our access hours are 7am to 7pm 7 days a week designed for the security of the facility and our renters.
