1.  We have an onsite manager.
2.  We have an automatic gate with key pad that is closely monitored by management and staff personnel. All of our tenants have their own access codes assigned to them. This code allows us to monitor who enters and exits the facility.
3.  Entire 6 acre facility is completely fenced in.
4.  Digital cameras throughout the facility that are monitored on a daily basis.
5.  Also for added security we have limited access hours. 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. 7 days a week. We were advised by our security company that communities with limited access have fewer problems than facilities with 24 hr access.
